BSCI验厂要求供应商必须确保代表BSCI成员直到最后生产阶段的生产过程涉及的所有分包商都遵守BSCI《行为守则》。并由终端客户BSCI会员进行授权后才可以进行验厂，主要从公司证件数据、管理模式、员工福利以及作业场所、生产设施、消防设备、生活设施、环境卫生、厂房建设、饮食娱乐等各方面进行社会责任的审核，结果会以报告形式上传到BSCI官网。
