BSCI验厂要求供应商必须确保代表BSCI成员直到最后生产阶段的生产过程涉及的所有分包商都遵守BSCI《行为守则》。并由终端客户BSCI会员进行授权后才可以进行验厂，主要从公司证件数据、管理模式、员工福利以及作业场所、生产设施、消防设备、生活设施、环境卫生、厂房建设、饮食娱乐等各方面进行社会责任的审核，结果会以报告形式上传到BSCI官网。

3.1 Is there satisfactory evidence that the auditee respects the right of workers to form or to join unions in a free and democratic way?

3.3 Is there satisfactory evidence that the auditee does not discriminate against workers because of their trade union membership?
不会因为加入工会而遭到歧视
3.4 Is there satisfactory evidence that the auditee does not prevent workers representatives from having access to or interacting with workers in the workplace?
不阻止员工代表在工作场所接触工人
