Thanks for your interest in our WRAP audit. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you with our services and guide you on our WRAP evaluation procedures as below.
感谢贵工厂对SGS WRAP审核服务的兴趣。希望可利用这机会向贵工厂介绍我们的服务及对WRAP的评估规程作下面的陈述。
1. The facility should send the Registration Form and Application Fee to WRAP to initiate the certification process.
工厂应向WRAP递交注册表并缴付注册费后，认证程序开始启动。
2. The facility must send SGS and WRAP the completed 3 Appendix under Self-Assessment Package, including:
工厂须需填妥(工厂自我评估资料手册)中的三份表格，并把副本递交给SGS及WRAP备案，包括:
¡ Facility Profile Questionnaire (Appendix A) 工厂简介问卷(附录 A);
¡ Production Principles Questionnaire (Appendix B)生产原则问卷(附录 B);
¡ Facility Compliance Documentation Checklist (Appendix C) 工厂符合性检查单(附录 C);
Remark A: These documents can be obtained online at the WRAP website (www.wrapapparel.org).
备注一: 工厂自我评估资料手册可在WRAP网站上(www.wrapapparel.org)找到。
Remark B: Self-Assessment Package should be completed in English.
备注二: 工厂请填写自我评估资料手册英文版。
Remark C: It is essential to have your WRAP Control Number specified on the 1st page of Facility Profile Questionnaire (Appendix A). WRAP will issue a Control Number to your facility upon receipt of the application fee.
备注三: 工厂请在工厂简介问卷(附录 A)第一页提供WRAP参考编号(WRAP在收到您工厂WRAP注册表和注册费后，将发给您工厂一WRAP参考编号)。
3. After completion of the above documents, the facility must be able to provide evidence that its compliance procedures have been in practice for a period of not less than 45 days, and then you can inform SGS to schedule a WRAP audit for you.
在工厂完成了上述文件後，工厂必须能够证明履行原则的程序已执行至少四十五天，然后您便能与SGS联系预定审核日期。
4. When sending your Self-Assessment Package to SGS, please also submit to us: 请一并把下列文件递交给我们:
¡ Completed SGS Factory Audit Service Quotation Request Form (at attachment with this email) 已填妥的SGS工厂审核报价申请表(请叁考电邮附件);
¡ Wrap's e-mail confirmation of receipt for registration fee payment 由WRAP给工厂的缴费核实电邮通知;
5. Upon receipt of the Quotation Request Form, SGS will send you a formal quotation based on the details as you provided. We will also provide you with an invoice for prepayment. Audit schedule will be confirmed after settlement of the audit prepayment.
收到已填妥的审核报价申请表后，SGS将根据所提供的工厂详情，寄发工厂一份正式的审核报价申请表。我们会一并将发票寄发，当审核费用缴交後，SGS将有专人通知工厂核实审核安排。
Remark A:Please note that WRAP audit is an unannounced inspection, SGS will give factory a 4 weeks audit window for reference.
备注一: WRAP的审核安排为突击检查，SGS将提供工厂一个以4星期为限的审核的时间范围。
6. The facility will have 6 months from the date of registration to fully satisfy certification requirements. Otherwise, facility must re-submit a non-refundable application fee to WRAP and re-register in the certification program. 从注册之日起，工厂须在六个月内完成审核并达到认证要求。如果工厂没有按期达到认证要求，则需要重新申请，再次申请认证时，工厂必须向WRAP重新注册并缴纳注册费。
7. Upon completion of the on-site audit, the results and finding would be reported to the factory along with any issued Corrective Action Plans. Within 10 working days after the audit, a written report will be submitted to the facility and WRAP.
SGS完成实地原则符合性评估后，如果有不符合项，审核员会在离开工厂前向工厂提供一份书面的改善行动要求，并在十个工作日内亦会将一份正式的工厂监察报告全本提供给工厂及WRAP认证委员会。
8. Upon WRAP reviewed the results of the SGS Report indicating either a favorable Certification Recommendation and/or all subsequent follow-ups to any issued Corrective Action Plans. The WRAP Certification Board will review and assess the evidence and the WRAP Certification Board grants certification to qualified participating facilities.
在完成实地符合性评估后，SGS会向WRAP递交WRAP工厂监察报告，说明已向工厂发出有利于工厂的认证建议书，及／或向WRAP汇报纠正措施计划的跟踪访问结果。WRAP认证委员会审核并评估有关符合性评估证据。之后，WRAP认证委员会向合格的工厂颁发证书。
9. There are three levels of WRAP certification – A, B and C. The certificate issued to a factory is determined by the WRAP Review Board and the validity is 2 years, 1 year, and 6 months respectively. 根据工厂的不同表现,WRAP的证书分为A,B及C类，证书有效期分别为2年,1年及半年。
