WCA是英文Workplace Conditions Assessment（工作场所条件评估）的缩写，系统标准由Intertek开发并具有独立的知识产权。该标准一般被一些中小买家要求，该类买家没有自己完善、独立的COC标注，因此就直接接受该标准。WCA审核标准调整来自大型零售机构均采纳的GSCP标准,依托Intertek深厚的社会责任符合性服务经验,WCA已成为帮助企业实施供应商工厂评估、基准评定、实现持续改善的有力工具。
