NBCU，全称为NBC Universal环球影视公司，也叫做小黄人，NBCU验厂主要对工厂的社会责任、环境、健康安全方面进行审核，并且拥有两家指定的审核机构进行审计。NBCU的结果是按不同颜色的旗来划分级别的，分为黑旗、红旗、黄旗。

NBCUniversal 整改期间的五大要与不要

DO’S（要）

•Do communicate with NBCUniversal on a regular basis.
要经常与NBCUniversal交流整改进展

•Take advantage of the free coaching and guidance provided by the local support team.
要充分利用NBCUniversal在本地整改跟进团队提供的免费指导与帮助

•Provide all in-progress evidence including photos and documents for all open findings as you are making the improvements.
要在整改的同时及时提供各类“正在进行中”的证据，包括图片及文件

•Notify the local team if are experiencing any challenges related to closure of findings so they help with alternative solutions.
要及时告知本地的整改跟进团队整改中遇到的困难以寻求有效的解决方案

•Consider hiring an EHS consultant to implement the neededorrect cive actions.
要聘请专业环境健康安全顾问帮助完成整改

DON’T’S(不要）

•Don’t stop communicating with NBCUniversal and the local team.
不要中断与NBCUniversal本地整改跟进团队的交流

•Don’t stop addressing the open findings if there is a problem with 1 finding.
不要因为某一项问题的整改有困难而中断其他问题的整改

•Don’t hold all the evidence till finding is closed, send in progress evidence to
the local team.
不要等到问题整改完毕后一次性提供证据，应在整改同时陆续向本地团队提供“正在进行中”的证据

•Don’t assume there is no corrective action, contact the local team for alternative solutions
不要认为遇到问题就无法整改，应及时联系本地团队寻求有效的解决方案

•Don’t let the cost of corrective action stop you from discussing with local team.
不要因为整改费用问题而中断与当地团队的沟通
