2. Audit Scope 审核范围 :
1) Initial audit: at least the last 12month records of working hour and wage should be provided. For new factories,need to provide the working hours and wage from the factory opened till theaudit date with at least 3 month records for audit.

The table hereafter defined the 5categories of ratings and their respective definitions:

Need Continuous Improvement –NCI 需持续改进 | Isolated or minor non-compliance identified + do not have any impact of the worker health & safety发现个别的或轻微的不符合且不会对员工的建康安全造成任 何影响的。 |
Need Immediate Action – NIA 需立即改正 | Severe non-compliances identified, that are either recurrent or may have a direct impact of the work health and safety 发现一般不符合，无论是重复出现的或是对员工健康安全产生直接影响的。 |
