Quiksilver公司进行验厂的目标是使Quiksilver公司所有的代理商、特许生产商与供货商(工厂)加强对有关社会责任原则的认知。Quiksilver公司要求所有供货商(工厂)必须执行Quiksilver公司的社会责任行为准则，同时也保留监督与评估的权利。为了在社会责任领域中有进一步的改善Quiksilver公司要求工厂能全面地配合CSCC/STR公司及其评估员的工作。
